4Withdrawal Policy & Process

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from play25:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 2–24 hours.
• Withdrawals of up to ৳1,00,000 per day are permitted.

The rollover requirements for a bonus must be met before any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the rollover is completed, only the cash balance will be transferred — the bonus balance will be removed.

• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Play25 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account under the following circumstances:
